How long does a new AC installation take?
Most straight-swap central air installations are finished in a single day, 5 to 8 hours. Adding ductwork, changing system type or converting to a heat pump can run into a second day.
What size air conditioner do I need?
We run a Manual J load calculation using your square footage, insulation, window area, orientation and ceiling height. Sizing by square footage alone is how contractors end up installing oversized units that short-cycle and never dehumidify properly.
How fast can you get a technician to my home?
Most service calls are completed the same day, and we run genuine 24/7 dispatch. No-cool calls during heat advisories and no-heat calls during freezes get priority. You'll get a two-hour arrival window and a text when your technician is en route.
Do you charge extra for nights, weekends or holidays?
No. There is no overtime, weekend or holiday surcharge. A 2 a.m. Sunday emergency is billed at the same flat rate as a weekday afternoon.
How much does AC or heating repair cost?
