Do you charge extra for after-hours emergency service?
No. Nights, weekends and holidays are billed at the same flat rates as a Tuesday afternoon. Emergencies aren't a pricing opportunity.
What should I do while I wait for the technician?
Switch the thermostat off to prevent further damage, replace a filthy filter if that's obvious, and stay hydrated in a cooler room. If you smell gas, leave the building immediately and call your gas utility first, then us.
How fast can you get a technician to my home?
Most service calls are completed the same day, and we run genuine 24/7 dispatch. No-cool calls during heat advisories and no-heat calls during freezes get priority. You'll get a two-hour arrival window and a text when your technician is en route.
Do you charge extra for nights, weekends or holidays?
No. There is no overtime, weekend or holiday surcharge. A 2 a.m. Sunday emergency is billed at the same flat rate as a weekday afternoon.
How much does AC or heating repair cost?
Most residential repairs land between $145 and $750 depending on the failed component. Capacitors, contactors, igniters and flame sensors are at the low end; motors, coils and compressors are at the high end. You always approve a flat written price before work begins.
Is the diagnostic fee waived if I approve the repair?
Yes. If you approve the recommended repair, we apply the diagnostic fee to the job.
